Town Fair Tire

I had such a wonderful experience at Town Fair Tire today. I arrived around 5:10 PM with a bubble in my tire and was genuinely worried I was close to having a blowout. Even though it was late in the day, JoJo, Leighton, and Stefan took care of me and were absolutely fantastic. They were kind, professional, helpful, and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience for walking in so close to closing. These guys work incredibly hard and provided truly exceptional service. My only concern — and this is absolutely NOT a reflection on the team working here — is the condition of the air/ventilation system. There was a very strong, unpleasant smell inside, and the vents and ductwork looked extremely dirty. I honestly felt terrible that these employees have to spend their entire workdays in that environment. I really hope Town Fair Tire’s corporate leadership sees this review and takes care of it, not just for customers, but especially for the hardworking employees who are there every day. JoJo, Leighton, and Stefan deserve five stars. They took what could have been a very stressful situation and got me safely back on the road. Thank you so much for taking care of me!

Leighton was fantastic! He helped me price out my tire replacement over the phone and easily scheduled a same-day appointment for me. He was incredibly kind and considerate throughout the entire process. Working in direct sales is tough, but he still manages to keep a smile on his face and deliver top-notch customer service. Highly recommend this location!

I have visited Town Fair Tire several times and have always had positive experiences, but today’s visit was by far the best. I was traveling with my twin babies and my daughter when I suddenly noticed one of my tires was rapidly losing air. Concerned about driving with my children in the car, I stopped in near the end of the day, knowing they were likely very busy. Joe was the first person to approach me. Despite the shop being extremely busy, he took the time to listen to my concerns and immediately offered several options to help. Most importantly, he showed genuine concern for my family’s safety. He personally came outside to inspect my vehicle and quickly addressed the issue so I could get back on the road safely. Joe was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly kind throughout the entire experience. His expertise and customer service were truly exceptional, and he made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier. The entire staff is always fantastic, but Joe went above and beyond. I highly recommend him and Town Fair Tire to anyone needing tire or vehicle service. Outstanding customer care like this is hard to find and deserves recognition!!!!

Awesome place. They got me in earlier than expected and I was done in 1.5 hours or so. Only costs me 13.00 since I had previously purchased tires thru them 5 months ago or less. Steven was amazing with getting me seated and processed quickly. He was very professional and polite. Will come back for all my tire needs and will recommend.
